Hotel location was very close to FLL airport. There was a shuttled service to rent a car center in every 10 minutes. Hotel was located in a very peace full environment compare to Miami. Front desk provided excellent Customer Service and there were free ample parking spaces. Security system was very good/safe inside the hotel as well as in elevators. Exit doors/rooms were accessible only with card system. I liked the complementary house keeping service given every day and housekeeping staff was wonderful and very helpful. spacious room was very clean, beds were very comfortable and with all necessary items we needed such as properly functioning air conditioner microwave, and fridge. Washroom was extremely clean with a very hot water supply, shampoo soap liquid and properly functioning hairdryer. Breakfast was extremely good .They offered hot breakfast items such as hot cheese with eggs sandwich or scramble eggs/ hot porridge/hot waffles/ hot fried sausages or hot fried bacon strips / hot fried potato patties/hot tea/ hot coffee/ hot chocolate on 3 consecutive days . Cold breakfast items such as yogurt/Hard boiled eggs/ fruits such as apples ,oranges and bananas/cereal with nuts/cold drinks on 3 consecutive days.

The pictures did justice. Sometimes you find yourself a little hesitant to book in new places and thinking "too good to be true", but this location was excellent. Exceeded my expectations in every category. Room was cleaned very well. Bed was in good shape. Plenty of in room amenity (microwave is always a nice addition as many locations do not offer in rooms microwaves). The location was excellent as we were in town for a concert at Hard Rock only a 10min drive away. The breakfast was great for the offering and price of the room was excellent for proximity to great shopping/dining.

The lady running the front desk (I think her name was Elisa. She did an outstanding job assisting with the other people going to the cruise port. She also sat up a early wake up call and scheduled our taxi for 3:00AM for us. She also allowed us early entrance into our room. We were not there for breakfast. The location was good as we just walked across the road where we had many choices for restaurants.

Breakfast was great but the eggs and bacon and sausage was a little cold a microwave was there so that worked out for me , room was nice and clean and comfy, great location for dinning and shopping nearby and close to the airport with free shuttle services offered by the hotel.

It was never communicated to me that a request had to be made for room service. On my third day of not having room service I asked about having room service and was informed that because of Covid-19 it had to be requested.

The breakfast was delicious and I love that it was likea buffet style set up. The location is excellent. There were alot of shopping stores in and near the area and that they were in walking distance.

The front desk attendant.We arrived early from a Cruise about 10am. She was able to get us in our rooms well before check in time. We felt comfortable waiting in the Lobby area. Our party had 5 guests and we had 3 rooms booked.Our luggage was stored in a safe place also.

The drinks at $4 a piece was crazy. Especially when the hotel couldn’t accommodate us on there fountain drinks for breakfast as the machine was down. Only option was a hot drink. At 90degrees out side a hot drink is not what’s needed.

Location was great, close to shopping and grocery store. Suite was wonderful, bed so comfortable! Breakfast was sooo good, lots of options. Staff was exceptional, especially Elicia Smith on the front desk.
